Production

Our customized production consists of the following departments: cutting, artist, printing patching (tackle twill), printing, sewing, finishing, and quality control. We have 150 employees in total. We have the capacity to accommodate 20-30 teams in a day.

We have also sublimation division (customized) in our production. Our capacity in this area is around 10 teams a day.

We also have different kinds of fabric fit manufactured by us for each sport, stored in different colors in our multiple warehouses. The availability of these fabrics (in different colors) makes the turn around time faster, around two to three weeks.

Our ready to wear, mass produced products consist of the cutting department, sewing department, and quality control department. Team Rebel Sports Inc. can produce 10,000 -15,000 pieces of these items in a month.

Our Expansion Plan

Team Rebel Sport Inc. is going to expand on the field of sublimation. We have acquired our very own industrial grade embroidery machine. This will giv us in-house embroidery capabilities this year 2009. We are also working on adding 300 sq meters to our working area, giving us a total of 1000 sq. meters. We will also add more people to our workforce, implementing a second shifting policy. This way, we will be able to save time and meet our target: in two weeks, the products ordered by our customers will be at their doorstep. Lastly, our office will have a 24-hour customer service and graphic assistance by fourth quarter of the year 2009.
