How We Do It

Ever wonder how your custom sports uniforms are made? This article will explain to our valued customers how our products are made. It would be nice to give our customers a glimpse of the whole process and all the accompanying tasks to produce these custom sports uniforms!

The Textile Factory

Yarn Production – Our fabrics are made from the best raw materials thus giving them qualities fit for the International Arena.

Knitting your Fabric – This phase is where the main fabric is made by our advanced Japanese made knitting machines, each machine (over 300) produces all the our textile requirements.

Fabric Dyeing – Each roll of fabric is given a particular color depending on the requirements, most basic and some special colors are made in this process.

Finishing and Heat Setting – Once our fabrics are colored, they are heat pressed to prepare for the final/finishing phase rendering it ready for general use.

Quality Assurance Check - Our well trained and experienced supervisors give the finished fabrics a strict quality assurance/compliance check to ensure that fabrics are up to par with global fabric standards. Transport to the Main Prodcution Factory

The Headquarters

Designing your Uniforms – This part of the process ensures that the customers needs and overall preferences in design are followed with the highest accuracy possible, we will give customers exactly how they want their uniforms to appear.

The Job Order - Coming up with this very important piece of document is what our well trained staff are focused on delivering. All details should be documented in here and all directions from customers are taken into consideration through this document. This document is produced through strict and accurate team work with our customers.

Transmittal of Final Approved Details to the Main Production Factory - The final step in the TRSD headquarters, we make sure everything is ready for production to do their jobs without any errors that may cause delays and whatnot.

The Main Production Factory

Design Check - Our Production Supervisors meticulously check the final job order and asses with great efficacy through years of experience. They then allocate appropriate resources for the order. 

Fabric Allocation – Once an order is given the appropriate time and effort for analysis for actual production, the fabrics to be used appropriate for the design is allocated, thus making sure the end product is very much according to approved specifications.

Cutting – This phase is where all patterns and parts of the sports uniform are made. Efficiently done by our master cutters with years of relevant experience.

Sewing – Our army of skilled sewers then start assembling all the fabric parts to come up with the actual sports uniform.

Printing – For all player names and numbers, our team of artists give their best in producing these parts of the uniform. These includes different sizes and font styles that reflect what is on the Job Order document.

Embroidery - For more special needs of customers, we do embroidery for all "Team Logos" that is included in the sports uniform. These include logos and numbers on the jerseys, shorts and pants.

Quality Assurance Check - Production supervisors strictly check each piece of the uniform sets and all the details making sure that the final product is exactly the same as it was on the Job Order.

Packing - Our packaging team takes care of the final products making sure all order quantities are in the assigned containers/boxes. They make an accurate count and puts all orders in order inside the package. 

Transport to our Partner Courier - Our transport division then proceeds directly to our Courier Partner, FEDEX. Soon customer orders will arrive in their specified delivery address and can start using and enjoying their orders.

There it is! This is what happens after our customers place their orders. It's a long process indeed, streamlined for efficiency so orders can be shipped according to the TRSD promise!
